We were told that the battery would be able to sustain for an afternoon, but the bike ran out of electricity within an hour. Therefore, we called the shop to see if they can offer any help . We were told that they only got one staff and we need to ride the bike back to the shop to replace the cell on our own. Last but not least, we were told by the locals that there should be another option of electric bike which is easier to handle, which we wer e never informed by any staffs that we have ever encountered. We truly advice foreign visitors to seek help from the hostel owners, I believe that they would be happy to help with the arrangements, and make your trip a more joyful experience.
