我去買了一台電視,第四天無法開機,
聯絡電視公司來看,公司同意換新機,但是要寫文件與跑流程,沒那麼快,
所以我也告知全國門市有這情形,造成我這段時間無法看電視,
店長決定,由店裡先出貨,全新機,未拆封,先讓我一樣可以看新電視,等電視總公司來換新機,到時電視總公司來了,再與門市聯絡後續處理,真心謝謝,新莊後港門市,窩心,貼心,
不然我可能會一個月沒電視看

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在這家買過很多商品,跟店員相處很好,幾乎是大小電器的第一選擇。一直到有一次買到超級明顯瑕疵的華碩電腦,到家打開發現之後馬上拿回去,來回不到半小時,但是,店員堅持實體店面沒有審視期,不能退貨。
後來我直接聯絡華碩,工程師很有良心的承認,的確是出廠就有的瑕疵商品,不是顧客人為造成的,願意讓我選擇退款或換機。結果全國店員還是不願意讓我退款,連華碩工程師通電話也沒用,直到聯絡到舊店長,他們內部討論之後,叫我拿到華碩紙本證明單才解決。從此嚇到我了,只敢買買小東西。
