後來館長知情後，今日館長也特地親自在中午時將家電送過來，並致上十二萬分的歉意！而我也在現場跟他聊了很多，他也欣然的接受，並感謝我給他的話語。希望此次事件，能帶給館長更大的成長與學習，且服務的宗旨，不就是客戶下次再來光顧嗎？
