A:是啊!歌林倒了啊。 我:機身有貼終身保固的東西,因為歌林倒了所以沒辦法處理了嗎? A:要看外面私人電器行有沒有辦法處理了。 我於是再搬回,離去。 心想廣告詞:「揪甘心」,決定去電客服詢問確認。 客服意思是通常店家也應收回由公司檢測後,視狀況是否有零件可修理。 於是111/03/30再次送至仁武店,一樣由該A男店員招呼。 A看著機身後的保固貼紙,我說前兩天已跑過一趟。 A:是喔?!那天沒看到這張貼紙。 我:(沉默.. A:這送回去沒零件換也是給你200元啦! 我:客服意思是由技師檢測後視有無零件可做維修。 A:沒零件換也是給你200元,再請你來將機子搬回去啦。 我:沒關係,請你幫我送回公司讓公司檢測! 以上為親身經歷。
