I bought a 7-year warranty for air-conditioning. I can’t even tear the sticker off. Like the new one, the infrared of the panel is broken within a few years. Call someone to come to see it or change it. The time you have arranged is too long. You need to pay for the panel replacement first, and then send the invoice to the Taipei company to apply for a warranty before returning the money to us. Isn't the company supposed to do this? How can you let customers apply? Is it reasonable to push company affairs to customers? If it’s bad enough, once you buy it, you won’t have an idea to go to the national electronics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接到店家通知說發票開錯了,專程拿發票來更換。店員跟我們說他們已經處理好不用更換發票了,卻沒打電話跟消費者說不用再拿過來,讓我們白跑一趟,服務性非常差。

維修費取的收據回全國收取費用。但為何不是給其他維修商維修再同樣取得收據。冰箱可以這樣藉機拖延嗎?同樣是住在台灣,要做到這樣嗎?
