★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 女店員超級不專業!因為剛搬家會有大量家電需求,預計準備20~30萬的預算購買家電,從網路上跟大賣場上稍微瀏覽過,本來想說所有家電都要在這邊一次買齊,因為信用卡有優惠,殊不知店員一問三不知也就算了,我拿別家大賣場拍的家電型號照片問說有沒有這款,價格大約多少,居然跟我說我如果只是為了要比價,他們跟不上!然後因為我問的問題可能不少,店員卻一心只想找藉口開溜,要我自己慢慢看。我根本不是最在意價格,我在意的是售後服務,但這家店真的讓我大失所望。

I don't care about the price the most. What I care about is the after-sales service, but this store really disappointed me.

是身為一間電器通路商該具備的專業。63歲的爸爸有老花眼在購買的當下看不清處製造日期以及保固期。若在知情的情況下,是不會購買此產品的。身為買方的子女,沒有盡到陪同購買的責任,是我們的疏忽。亦沒有其他要求。在此向店家反應,往後面對消費者能提供更透明的資訊做為購買的依據,謝謝
