Orgasmically delicious three star Michelin food for the price of a ordinary fancy restaurant. I remembered the meal to be made with such precision and care that I am surprised by their lack of recognition. Every bite is a careful balance of flavor with a subtle force that takes your breath away with every bite. Every dish is so beautiful I hesitate to eat most of them. I have set meals from other restaurants before around this price point but it never takes me to a higher level of feeling with such a beauty presented.

Have been visiting Ephernite for the last 4 years and the restaurant has never stopped to amaze. It’s one of the few places in Taiwan that offers ingenuity in every aspect of fine dining. From the freshness and seasonal ingriedents to the attentiveness in food preparation, there’s no other place that can draw out the same heart-throbbing sensation. The restaurant enjoys challenging herself when it comes to wine pair. It is this “daring mindset” that offers miraculous satisfaction to my tasting sensations. Really recommend this restaurant to everyone. The pictures says it all.?

Mediocre food, high in presentation and technique but low in creative continuity and taste, by food itself perhaps 2 to 3 stars. Online Reservation system has no real time confirmation and requires document print out, signing, then return sending. Time delay of 3 days plus. When ordering wine pairing, price was not preannounced. Pairing was charged by the glass, up to 850 per glass plus service and tax, resulting in a wine pairing of 3500 per pax, as expensive as the meal itself. Don’t go unless if you are looking for expensive disappointments. Please consider other alternatives that are cheaper, better, and even Michelin Starred for your night out.

Wonderful dinner experience in an intimate setting. Each dish never failed to surprise me with their creativity, and being able to use one's hands to taste the dish directly makes for a more interesting experience. The owner and restaurant manager Claude was also very knowledgeable and helped to pick an excellent wine that we enjoyed. Michelin star experience at affordable prices.

Food: 4 out of 5. Delicious. Rhythm: 4 out of 5. Understandably long based on its French setting. Services: 3.5 out of 5. Seems understaffed. Every time I needed service I had to stand up or wave for attention. Also, the system to get an reservation is terrible. I have to call and make a deposit (of the entire bill) ahead of time to be able to secure our seat. Not to mention the entire process takes more than a week! Environment: 1 out of 5. During our time there, my date and I could CLEARLY hear the chef cursing and harshly condemning the help in the kitchen. I understand that might be a culture specifically common among the culinary world, however, it was our special night. The experience of hearing someone swearing words such as "Fu__ you!" was not needed. Price: 2 out of 5. Besides having need to pay the whole meal ahead of time, this place prints "tea and delicacies" on the menu that was individually printed for each guest as if this was included. No, it was not! Not to mention the price for each glass of wine was not specified AT ALL. One glass of wine + 2 bottles of sparkling water + 2 cups of tea = whopping sum of 2700+ NTD. Just what the hell?

Creative French cuisine ??? Amazed by the fish main course and the dessert. the chicken was so good as well

I purposed to my wife here, people highly recommended it. Excellent environment, presentation was good but food was only ok. Some of the dishes I just didn't like, was not mind blowing vs some other places I have been.Wait staff was awesome. I will go try it again, once I get a chance.

“It was like tasting a show.” This is the compliment I would give to Ephernite. Every dish was designed beautifully, using local ingredients. We took 4 hours to enjoy this beautiful experience and environment. The staffs were polite and very professional, and I like how they provided just enough service so their customers can focus on the moments shared with their companions.
