P	Paul Kwan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 經由好市多郵購購買171S座椅，後來發覺椅墊底座原有的兩個螺絲長度不夠，未鎖定椅墊和底盤，所以椅墊會晃動。這部分是工廠組裝，並非由顧客於到貨後自行組裝的（可參考附圖）。2021/8/13向艾格反映，經數次e-mail及電話聯繫，艾格告知於8/21下午1～3點間來更換底盤，結果在家中等候，艾格未來更換，亦無電話告知。兩次電話均由同一男性人員接聽，態度良好。經再聯絡後艾格服務人員於8/23下午來更換座墊底盤，現已使用已無問題。 I purchased the 171S seat through Costco’s mail order, and later found that the original two screws of the seat cushion base were not long enough, and the seat cushion and chassis were not locked, so the seat cushion would shake. This part is assembled in the factory, and not assembled by the customer after delivery (refer to the attached picture). On August 13, 2021, I told Iger that after several e-mails and phone calls, Iger told Iger to replace the chassis between 1 and 3 pm on 8/21. As a result, I waited at home. Iger would replace it in the future without a phone call. Both calls were answered by the same male person with a good attitude. After contacting again, Iger service personnel came to replace the seat cushion and chassis in the afternoon of 8/23, and it has been used without problems.
