★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 由於國泰保險公司要求理賠需出具出車行程單，因此與該救護車公司聯絡，希望提供出勤當日的出勤紀錄及費用明細。但該公司不斷萬般刁難，一開始去電詢問時，老闆一直倚仗著自己從事救護車事業多年說，他從來不知道有這種東西，當我拿著別間救護車公司的單據再次去電一心詢問時，老闆才說他只能在發票上備註。
當我去到辦公室請他備註時，他卻又拿出一心救護車制式出勤證明單，讓我感到憤怒非常，前後去電溝通數次，得要我到了現場後，才肯替我開證明，我是正正當當的依據我付款的服務要求開立單據，但這間公司卻多所推託，非常的不正派，如果有民眾也需要向保險公司請救護車費用時，千萬不要選這間救護車公司，非常可惡。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不推薦給脊椎骨折又二樓以上沒有電梯的病患，因為擔架無法上樓梯，而該公司的擔架和上樓梯的坐式小車互換的操作過程讓病患不太舒服，而且感覺小車似乎小了一點，所以無法有效固定和保護病患的上半身，故不推薦給脊椎骨折的病患。
