★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a terrible and unprofessional job. Delayed my translation several times. When they finally finished, portions of my translation were either inaccurate, blatantly skipped, and even worse, completely made up.
Don't waste your time with this company and save yourself the frustration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got a Chinese document translated from Chinese into English. It was just half a page, a very standard birth certificate. It cost a lot and they did a terrible job. The English was good, they do speak good English, but the spacing OMG. How can you do such a terrible job?! Some words didn't have any spacing between them, just words glued together. Then they had bolded some titles, but just some. The numbering and places of the boxes was always different, just no consistency. I went back with the document and asked they fix it. I was expecting a discount, or some kind of compensation, but no. They didn't even apologize, just acted as if I was the one being difficult. It's an official document, I expect some professionalism! I feel like a high school student could do the same job, probably with a little more care for the neatness of the document.
