★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet place with great view of taipei101. In addition to cakes and cafe, they also serve beer, wine, pasta and some xiao-long-bao ( steam dumplings). It is a cozy place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok place to sit and read, study, or work. It's nice that they open early (8am) and close late (1am). There are very few power outlets (corner table to the left when you enter as power by the wall). There is also no WiFi. Prices are quite high and there's a 10% service charge. Otherwise the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing and has comfortable chairs. During the morning on weekday it was pretty empty.
Keep in mind, you have to use the main entrance from outside to access the bookstore/cafe during early/late hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool atmosphere and nice view of Taipei 101. A little pricey. But coffee not as good as before. Cappuccino is watered down and too much milk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got latte substitute with oatly and milk foam, really delicious! Desserts were small and quaint. Veggie and fruit juice also taste pretty good.
There are some plugs, but there is no free wifi in the whole building! Gotta use your own hotspot to make it work.
