★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad food, great view, HORRIBLE noisy pop-music. I would give it 4 stars but they are playing music for 12 year old fat girls from Ohio. I don't know why they need to play bad pop music loudly. Ruined the entire ambience.

Trying to cook French but the ingredients just don’t add up together.
Even the dessert wasn’t good.
The price is like in fine dining restaurant, and the dishes look good, but the taste is a disaster.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you dine in a restaurant where offers buffet in Taiwan, you will definitely be informed 30 mins before they close the buffet. Not at étage15 tho. They just removed everything sneakly before you could notice (as if you would have eaten the whole restaurant if they had done it 5 mins late), then blame it to the waitress on the phone as it's her job to let customers know beforehand. "Oh we are sorry" was their response and that's all. How they deal with customer complaint was even more disappointing then the incident itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally overpriced. Kind of pretend this is french food but done wrong. Very surprised (not on the good way) about some dishes combination choices. Chocolate croissant served with scallop soup... Really?? While the croissant and the soup we're good, this is not going together. I'm French and this does not match. Other weird combinations on the others part of the menu too. Won't go back again. At such price I was expected either more original and/or better quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a bar that requires a minimum charge of 350nt$ and has an obligatory 10% service charge, their service is absolutely horrendous.
Waiters and waitresses are absolutely inattentive. I had to wait with my hand in the air for almost 5minutes, before any of them turned around to check if any table needs something, despite not being a busy night.
After asking for the bill we had to wait another while and even ask again, before they finally brought it.
Doesn't meet the quality standards they are charging for.
