今天來的店是二樓 環境很舒適 服務人員也很親切 不會有不舒服的壓迫感 也不會一直推銷 空間是一人一個獨立空間 讓人很放鬆 還有上鎖置物櫃可以放東西 今天用岩盤浴整個睡著 喜歡個人空間的推推

10月底去詢問孕婦按摩,約好時間也當場付訂金1000(現),後來因其他考量而未在該店被服務,詢問可否退訂金,店家說可以,簽了一些退費文件後,隔一兩個禮拜都有陸陸續續去電或傳訊詢問退費流程,皆被告知退費中,但查帳戶都未入帳。12月中忽然又想起退費一事,查帳戶依舊未入帳,去電詢問竟然說折價單有誤,因此無法順利退款,這種事不是應該要在11月的退費流程就發現了嗎?竟然隔了一個半月,還要消費者自己去電詢問才說流程有問題要重簽文件,12月28日又跑一趟店家把文件重寫,店家說隔天會用急件幫我把折價單寄去台北總部以便於走後續的退費流程,結果到今天(1/11)還是沒收到退款,每次去電詢問都說已經在走退費流程,這種服務態度真的很讓人失望,也不敢跟朋友推薦這間店,即便先前對其印象很好...

On December 28, I went to the store to rewrite the document. The store said that the next day will help me with the discount. I sent the order to the Taipei headquarters to facilitate the follow-up refund process. As a result, I still did not receive a refund today (1/11). Every time I called to ask, they said that they were already going through the refund process. This kind of service attitude is really impressive. Disappointed, I dare not recommend this shop to my friends, even if I have a good impression of it before...

去年到店體驗後,覺得美容師推薦購買課程方案還不錯(只有單純做spa課程),但未講到有包含產品或是贈送。 購買課程後刷了卡也沒給發票,只有給體驗的發票,購買後預約都預約不到,要不就是已讀訊息,然後又遇到疫情爆發,直接告知要申請退費遲遲無回應,表示預約不到也感到不悅,後續也無任何處理…… 後來說要聯絡跟我講退費事宜也是無下文,最後我找到FB粉絲頁留言,才有退費的回應跟電話聯絡,但也是從10月左右聯絡到了03/14才完成退費。 中間告知我購買課程是有包含產品(但我並沒有被告知也未拿到,產品當時都還在貴公司的店內),所以產品需要從我的退費金額扣除,也就是我得買下那些我原本不知情的產品!! 最後跟我問 我還要不要產品?! 錢都被扣了,那些產品是能怎麼樣,還可以退費嗎… 而且去店內講退費時,才看到那些產品,而且還貼我的名字(都不知道是什麼時候才貼呢~) 當然! 退費後,我拿了那些產品回家,但我完全不會也沒有用 就像是花了錢 買了幾瓶垃圾放在角落 而且當時單子寫5號精油,卻給我6號精油!! 都不知道到底是發生了什麼事 麻煩請貴店好好教育人員 避免有銷售的問題

After the refund, I took those products home, but I wouldn't use them at all It's like spending money to buy a few bottles of garbage and put them in the corner And at that time, the list said the 5th essential oil, but gave me the 6th essential oil!! I don't know what happened Please ask your store to educate the staff to avoid sales problems
