EVA AIR

I flew from Vancouver International Airport into Taiwan Taoyuan Airport on EVA Air only because I missed my Air Canada connecting flight from Toronto; Air Canada screwed up and had to make up for it. This is the best airline I have ever flown on in my lifetime! Their customer service is tops. They served two delicious meals on the flight that included alcohol, if I requested. Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages were also available at the rear of the plane throughout the 13 hour flight; just help yourself. This was all included with the flight!

Of all the airlines I've used to travel. This is by far the worst. We arrived to Eva air and we're directed to United because we purchased the tickets with our United miles but no one was at the United counter. By the time we located someone from United he told us the flight was indeed operated by Eva air. When we returned they denied our boarding because it was too late to check-in . EVA AIR knew about our situation but never informed us we would also be denied our return flight. When we tried to check-in for our return flight they handed us a paper indicating we were denied. Our names were written as no-shows. So upsetting because Eva Air was so curt and unhelpful to foreigners. They have NO customer service skills! I was looking forward to Eva Air because I had read good things about it but Eva Air was a huge disappointment. Avoid this airline at all cost!

I would like to thank the Eva Air desk employee who was at desk 10 today 29/5 She was polite, patient and did her utmost to help me with my reimbursement problem. I don think I have ever encountered such good service. Also, I would recommend this airline to anyone. The service is impeccable. The plane is clean until the destination. They go the extra mile.

Eva Air is such a very efficient Taiwanese owned airline. Accomodating staff and very accurate to help with everything concerns your flights and other services.

We used to love EVA Air but their website and booking process is miserably broken. Calling is pointless. It's been broken for years now, so it's hopeless. I don't know how they stay in business when we can't check the price of a flight. The staff at the airport in Taiwan are not very polite, which I expect from EVA Air staff in America but it's worse in Taiwan in recent years.

I flew Eva Air from Taiwan to Los Angeles in business class. I loved business class on Eva Air! They offer the typical amenities pouch plus pajamas! The headphones provided are noise-canceling. The movies and entertainment selection offered is plentiful. I saw a few very new movies. I also listened to music via the airline provided entertainment. The food offered was not my taste style.

Professional and helpful ladies, managed to sort my flights without any hassles. Highly recommended.
