★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5/17我在家快篩超紅2條線 我馬上衝去長榮做pcr 護士人員 真的很貼心 會一直出來跟大家說讓大家久等了 領藥 做pcr 在等一下 一直貼心的說 我問她們我的問題 護士也是很好慢慢回答 一直說 不舒服 騎車回家要小心 而且不是只有跟我說 是跟外面全部等的人 超有心的 我第一次去長榮在這疫情中還看到醫護人員這樣細心真的很棒 你們真的辛苦了???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 唉!這家是沒人管理的醫院吧!打疫苗動線有夠差,到現場也沒有人說怎麼安排,一群人亂七八糟排!好不容易進去要打疫苗了,環境也規劃的差到極點,又小又窄 擠在一塊小地方,打疫苗也在群聚嗎?長榮是沒地方給人打疫苗就別申請疫苗施打地點阿!
連個打完 想坐著休息的地方也沒有,爛到爆!比小診所規劃的還差勁!根本沒有事先規劃現場動線跟人員的施打分類,這樣的醫院和亂糟糟的團隊,你們會再敢去那裡看診或醫療嗎?從小事看起,小事都做不到位的管理,大事更不值得相信。今天去真的是見識到沒有人管理的爛醫院了。

你有聽過客戶對於健檢服務流程反應不滿意..然後被服
務人員逼問及反嗆你在那工作上班,然後要反投訴你的事嗎???真的好恐怖
我真的又傻眼又憤怒,沒想到文化水平那麼高的台灣竟然會碰到這種離譜的事...
從電話預約、檢查、到後續結果詢問,一個態度極差又不專業的劉姓服務人員,真的顛覆我對長榮醫院的印象...整個流程真的讓人不舒服...真的是花錢又受氣。最好笑的事..發現這個服務人員已經在網站被投訴過了,沒想到現在依然沒有調整..
以後我一定告知家人朋友及同事們絕對不來這裡健檢...
雖然長榮醫院有很多好的醫生護士.復健中心也很棒..
但是要來長榮健檢的朋友請三思而行..(只因一個沒有服務素養的人就抹煞其他人的努力而流失了忠實及潛在的客戶....唉)
我其實一顆星都不想給..

進診間後,牙科徐醫師進行簡單消毒,並開立三日藥物,很客氣向醫師詢問,為何會持續兩週腫脹疼痛?若三天後藥吃完了,狀況仍未改善,該如何處理?
徐醫師竟回覆,“誰叫你要拔牙,牙都拔了,能怎樣,我也沒遇過這狀況,你又不是我的病人,你去找別人處理”,隨即離開診間不知去向。
我們提的都是合理的問題,了解自己的問題是病人的責任,態度也很客氣,不是你的病人你也不用糟蹋王醫師的病人吧,我們也不會因為你不是原本看診的醫生就說你技術差。
尊重是互相的,病人尊重你身上這件白袍得來不易的專業,你自己心情不爽態度差就可以罵病人,這是掌握著權利霸凌,差勁。

結果李X娥護理師回一句:啊你買東西是不用付錢嗎?
老實說這句話的確聽起來真的不太舒服⋯

這次是給親戚推薦的骨科醫生開刀,開刀費用幾乎都是自費的要先繳清。目前剛出院,希望可以復原後根治問題了(之前看過很多間都只是拿藥吃了也沒用)
雙人房,一床配一個衣櫃一個置物櫃、陪病床,共用一間廁所、一個小冰箱、一台電視,樓層有茶水間,有電鍋、冰箱、製冰機、飲水機。
長住的話記得帶幾個衣架、毛毯、自己的盥洗用具。隔音非常不好,在六樓靠窗都可以聽到外面車輛的聲音,裝潢也不是很新了。
住院期間護士們都很和善。
