6/13已預約6/18 13:00,當天11:45主動傳Line訊息確認預約時間,未讀未回。13:05到店外,門鎖?炎熱夏天在店外打了15分鐘Line語音5通和手機5通皆未接。第一次消費老闆親切還有可愛的店貓QQ座陪覺得愉快。先前6/4預約自己忘記,主動傳Line訊息表Sorry。這次換老闆忘記有客人預約嗎?還是我遲到5分鐘拒於門外?還是一報還一報?覺得扯,我選擇不再上門消費,免得氣嘶自己。這才我第二次消費就這般經驗…請妳主動與我聯絡,我要辦理退療程退費。 生病人之常情,妳尊重他人時間和在意顧客服務,就應該盡到提前告知,大多數人都可體諒,手機是唯一客戶聯繫方式是否應不理身。6/19 12:08已讀回覆 會直接轉帳退費,6/22 10:21詢問已轉帳? 18:22回覆 還沒,轉帳要扣手續費,下次約店內拿個人工具包再一併退現金。手續費!!妳計較那15元…這件事件是我錯在先嗎?處理態度消極,一副生病有理。最後要求妳退2385元(2400元),手續費我自行吸收,妳態度顯不悅立即行動銀行退費,我保有風度說聲謝謝妳。技術收費CP值低處事差。保留1顆星,因為妳售後服務令人生厭。
