商品頁未顯示缺貨,且看了網站到貨時間的說明,於是於111/3/2(三)晚上10點下訂,原本預期禮拜五 最晚禮拜六就會收到,結果到了111/3/3(四)訂單一直顯示備貨中,想說網站自己解釋「系統(出)貨/運送會慢,以我們出貨時間為主」,也就不在意,殊不知到了111/3/5(五)才突然收到訊息表示訂單商品缺貨要「最快下週」出貨,進一步追問後更是得知「廠商最快週四才到貨」,我90元快遞運費真的付心酸的,早知道連個到貨時間也不確定,我就用超商取貨就好了啊⋯⋯ 回到問題源頭,商品頁應該標示是否缺貨,或是下訂後早一點告知消費者,消費者才能選擇要不要去其他有現貨的通路購買或選擇適合的運送方式。 近期陸續看了極限的很多評測影片,感覺非常用心在介紹商品,因剛好有需求決定要支持一下,結果獲得如此差勁的購物體驗,真的滿失望的。 *3/7有來電說明商品缺貨的原因
