The dry-aged rib-eye was expensive and we brought it to our friend (a chef) to cook. The result was - blah. Everyone was trying to not comment on the steak the whole night - yes our friends were very kind. We were certainly disappointed in the meat. We even divided the meat up to let diff people cook it — trying to prove that this meat was supposed to be awesome. :( Truly wish we had a diff experience
