★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NTD1680 tasting menu for a birthday celebration and we highly recommend it: The bartender who also waits our table is very attentive and puts in extra efforts to cater to our needs. The young chefs are a bit distant, but that does not deter the experience. Almost every dish in the 7-course meal comes in with very fresh ingredients and well thought-out flavor profiles.
A couple of shortfalls:
1. I wish there'd have been a bit more source /dipping on the plates.
2. When taking our reservation, the receptionist could've suggested us to make it a 2.5-hour stay, so we could enjoy the meal without rushing through the dessert.
