老闆特別細心交代吃法：用菜與九層塔包在春捲外再沾醬吃。口感較清爽不黏牙。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老闆很熱情，食物份量很大，但越式口味是偏淡的，所以我的炒麵吃到最後才發現有越式辣椒（辣椒偏辣），加了辣椒口感就不一樣，但吃到最後發現炸春捲的醬，加到麵裡更不一樣?，若吃不慣清淡口味就不建議了
