The music is loud and a little uncomfortable ... And the checkout clearly shows that two people don't know what is busy and is a bit slow!

食物的醬包被一起拿去加熱，結果爆掉整個漏光無法使用，我看店員還是一副無所謂的樣子。基本上只是小事，但當你的態度從結帳開始就不怎樣的話，就會讓人想靠北。只要這店員還在我就直接略過，去旁邊小七。

The sauce bag of the food was heated together, but the whole light leaked out and it was unusable. I think the clerk is still indifferent. Basically it's just a small matter, but when your attitude is not good from the beginning of the checkout, it will make people want to stay north. As long as this clerk is still there, I just skip it and go to Xiaoqi next to it.

One of the best Family Mart that I have been in Taiwan. Sales and services were good, and the staffs were nice and patient too. Have personally witnessed them explaining usage of the Family Mart app to an old lady patiently and I have also gotten some help from them to get great deals via using the app, initiatively, without me asking.
The staff are very nice and will make customers feel at ease and comfortable enjoying all kinds of services and buying food and drink in the store, and patiently explain to customers when needed. This family is probably the best family I have ever been to in Taiwan. ??
