本人2021年11月1日凌晨約3:25分於地址: 115台北市南港區舊莊街一段3巷16號之全家便利商店購物,當時店內除了本人空無一人,一進店門後原先正在拖地的員工(因當時無看吊牌、且不清楚職位,僅此形容特徵:男性、光頭、皮膚白皙、戴眼鏡、年約40左右)突然扶著拖把站在原地,一副隨時會發火的狀態,在採購完去收銀台結帳前,都一直站在同樣位置不動。「不好意思麻煩您,我想要結帳」,我很客氣的說道。該員工便將拖把隨手一甩到鄰近的櫃檯邊,此行為明顯就是在洩憤。當時購買了一瓶寶特瓶裝的水,待該員工刷完條碼後,又重重的放回收銀台,造成的聲響確實讓本人徹底傻眼。 我能懂事情做到一半突然有客人心情難免會受影響,本人也是做夜班服務性質相關的工作,我非常能體會維持環境整潔的辛苦。但我們總不可能預期客人會於何時進店消費,即便當時該員工在做例行清潔,但我的鞋子也不髒、甚至也很體面的遵守一個消費者的基本禮儀,我不懂為何該員工是因為私人情緒、抑或其他原因?將火氣全部發洩在我身上,本人認為非常無辜、且覺得莫名其妙! 近期貴店整修完畢重新開張,夜班員工也做了替換,原想像以往光顧貴店,卻換來不愉快的經驗,實在深感遺憾且失望。 剛順著貴店的Google評論查看有無其他客人有相似的經歷,多數人也同樣對於夜班的態度抱持相同的看法。 很抱歉,由於今日夜班的職員態度實在太差,本人將不會再蒞臨貴店,也會告知街坊鄰居有其狀況。真心希望能嚴肅處理此情形,不論今天該職員是出於何種原因怒氣沖天,也請不要發洩在無辜的顧客身上。
