★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 晚班高瘦男店員和一位妹妹頭小小隻女店員服務態度不優，不但不曾說過謝謝外，兩位都忘記找錢過....但有兩位比較高長髮的女店員服務態度很好！
現在門市被收回直營 店員都很好?
店內也明亮乾淨很多

瘦瘦的應該是店長，服務很好又專業，手機內有什麼活動優惠他都清楚，不會一問三不知，這樣對消費者真的很方便，手機操作他也熟悉很加分。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6/2晚上近10點過去領包裹，已在門口刷實聯制，直接去櫃台..被店員口氣不佳的說：手機給我看！！當下我一臉疑惑想說不是刷了嗎？原來她要確認...但是她的態度&口氣實在是有待改進！！
建議貴店刷完條碼在旁邊立個貼心的提醒：請消費者自行到櫃台讓店員確認！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天早上接近9點的時候去消費，櫃檯結帳一個男服務生的態度很差，問他一組餅乾是line會員才有打折嗎？他表情呈現不耐煩且不回答我，直接掃條碼並持續動作，我只能在那邊乾等看他哪時候要回應我，後來結帳螢幕畫面出現，他問我：有看到嗎，這樣可以了嘛？（打折畫面的意思）
這是什麼回答，請問這是全家門市訓練的標準作業程序嗎？有待加強
但另外一位女店員很好，看他很有耐心的在教導民眾操作手機，同一家店，怎麼有不同訓練結果？
