其實我遇到的店員在各人衛生消毒方面都做的很不錯,尤其製作杯裝飲料的時候都有確實消毒手部,但是今天去兌換咖啡時,全家公司的巡點人員(有戴公司識別證),跟店長站在櫃檯聊咖啡周邊商品的事,聊著聊著居然拿起了店員為我做好的咖啡就比劃了起來,重點是他根本沒有消毒手部,然後放下就走了,我不知道公司的教育訓練到底有沒有沒有問題,居然可以隨便拿客人的商品,尤其是要直接就口的飲料來碰觸,再還給客人,之前台北市衛生局不是抽查過,還上新聞,在疫情期間這樣做,要客人怎麼應對?欣然接受嗎?

服務態度不錯,但是這家分家是我喝過咖啡豆最沒有味道的分店。咖啡豆超扣分。

服務真差的分店 2021/12/08早上 自備新容器去換之前活動買的大特濃經典美式,本來我在滑著自己手機等著,後來抬頭看一下進度,似乎瞥見出水孔有一孔是在鋼杯外,且女店員還有推一下鋼杯到出水口,但我怕是自己角度問題誤解了店員,所以沒吭聲,但到公司後決定先拍照存證(左圖)。 今早(12/10)到另家分店測試同規格、同容器(右圖),結果答案很明顯了。 民善路分店的店員極不老實,以他們每天在做咖啡的人,會不清楚就算先裝在鋼杯裡的容量該是多少?心中會沒拿捏?且明明當下她就發現還推了杯子,不會再上門了。
