★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在這家全家消費好幾年，一直以來都沒什麼特別感受，甚至常常覺得有點冷漠，，…但最近覺得有改變，像今天2022.01.31晚班的店員大哥，他不像是受過很多訓練的那種年輕店員，但是很有服務熱枕，是真心的那種，我錯拿了產品他還很有耐心的去幫我找與置換，不是讓我沒有頭緒的去找需要的東西，並且協助裝袋裝得很妥善，這是近幾年以來在這裡未曾感受過的服務與態度。希冀未來貴店能都能有如同這位大哥一樣貼心有耐心的店員，新龍口店一定能越來越棒。
對了補充：近來晚上的女店員服務態度也很客氣喔?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 請店長注意大約今日五點半的女性工作人員，看看她是否因為亂報價格結帳而去抽換活動標價，我很確定在拿黑松飲料時還有看到和上週在叧一家全家的特價方案，才拿下商品的，但等她因為我在櫃檯因為價格有異，她又再去了兩次後，等我最後依她所說價格結完帳再去飮料櫃查看，活動標示已消失，當我再走回櫃台對她説這是很糟糕的欺騙行為！在此同時我看到錯身而過的另一位男店員遮遮掩掩地手裡拿著我看到的第二件66折的標示插入右方收銀台下方抽屜！
真的很令人驚愕的工作人員合夥欺騙消費者的團夥行為！
還是跟銀錢有關的收銀工作！
這樣的品行素質令人愕然！
另！
對廠商或公司企劃的行銷方案可以如此因私人因素而撤換，這對公司是否尊重，亦或究竟「全家真的是「妳們家」」」已被扭曲至此！
