本人於1/21晚間11:29左右至該店消費,進入後看到一位男生身高約165體重約110公斤上身著灰色長袖上衣和制服,穿著深色牛仔褲,正在整理架上麵包,而後他把整箱過期麵包搬到櫃檯裡面一路掉麵包。本人取了藍子拿了一些麵包和飲料及一份牛肉炒麵微波食品準備結帳,這位男工作人員一直背對我做自己的事但我相信他有看到我因為我拿一藍子的東西不知為何裝沒看到,我在櫃臺等了一會,櫃檯桌上有個服務請按鈴的服務鐘,於是我按了一下,他才轉過頭來開始結帳,刷完條碼之後,總金額約339,我支付悠遊卡付費後他把藍子往櫃檯我的方向推然後說,這個藍子你要放回去,很不客氣的樣子,櫃檯一堆結完帳的東西也沒有打算幫我裝袋就全部扔在桌上,於是,我配合那位沒教育的男工作人員把藍子把藍子放回去,事實上之前來購買女店員都非常熱心藍子她們也直接收在櫃檯。又自己把桌上的已結帳的東西打包,然後我請他幫我把牛肉炒麵加熱,加完熱後他又把燙手的炒麵扔在桌面上,也沒有拿提袋裝加熱食品,連問都沒有,最後,我忽然想起來,那男大夜人員根本沒有問我要不要列印還是存入,一般我都是列印出來的,我又折回詢問,另一位男大夜表示如果沒問就應是直接存入載具。 對於這次夜間消費我非常不滿 1.你們的大夜人員待客訓練有待加強,用很嗆的語氣叫客人把藍子放回去是店裡面的規定?有公告嗎? 2.結完帳東西扔了就走不用幫客人裝是你們大夜的SOP嗎?如果是這種態度你們可以不要經營大夜了,買東西還要受男大夜人員的脾氣嗎?不想做可以不要做,不要把沒教養的行爲用於工作中把氣發在客人身上 3.微波食品加完熱不用問客人要不要提袋嗎?把加熱的食物往檯面上扔就完事不理客人這男大夜人員很有事有問題嗎? 4.結帳要問客人要不要列印還是存入載具基本的話術開口很難嗎?我有記帳習慣你們大夜人員的教育訓練是做假的嗎? 我去過4大超商只有你們的這家店的男大夜的服務最垃圾還對客無禮,新開的店沒准備好可以不用經營大夜時段免的讓客人受氣 備註:文湖街21巷内新開的全家便利商店

Don't use uncivilized behavior at work and get angry at customers. 3. After the microwave food is heated, do you need to ask the guests if they want a bag? Throwing the heated food on the counter and then ignoring the guests is a problem with the male big night staff? 4.
