不知道是不是貴公司給貨運公司價格很差，消費者都在受氣情況下收到床墊。
但床墊CP值高，銷售阿姨介紹的也非常仔細，所以物流改不改善對他們來說沒差，只要能壓低成本就好。

客服及配送司機都很親切善良，服務態度又好，床墊的品質與包裝上都完整，是非常值得信賴且推薦的。

不過還是建議貴公司改善一下配送的制度，畢竟床墊是大型家具，相信大家都會想先把時間安排好，此外床墊品質不錯，希望未來可以有更好的體驗。
