老闆也是非常帥氣，人品好手藝更好！
先說刺身丼，料多到溢出來，味道一流超新鮮，
cp值破表已經不能形容，懷疑老闆怎麼賺錢，
太佛心了！
其他燒物水準也是一流，雞軟骨，牛肉蕃茄，牛肉青龍也是一絕！一定會再回來光顧！！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鮭魚及比目魚握壽司調味較偏鹹，比目魚很神奇的入口就化掉剩香氣在口中，酒蒸蛤蜊普通，雞腿丼飯雞腿烤的不錯，中卷新鮮烤魚都還可以，烤肉串不錯；下次有機會再訪會想多點些烤串。
如果丼飯店家有提供碗味增湯、握壽司旁有再多放點芥末、有提供熱茶的話，我覺得就更完美了。
Salmon and halibut nigiri sushi are more salty, and the magical entrance of halibut will lose the aroma in your mouth. The steamed clams are ordinary, the chicken drumstick rice and chicken drumsticks are grilled well, the fresh grilled fish in medium rolls are OK, and the kebabs are good; next I would like to order more skewers when I have a chance to visit again.
If the don restaurant offers a bowl of miso soup, more mustard next to the nigiri sushi, and hot tea, I think it would be more perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食材新鮮，哇沙米應該是現磨的，沒什麼辣味，但餐點不算中低價，餐廳地點算郊區非市中心，定價還是偏貴了，正常日料店你點丼飯店家都會附贈味噌湯，但這間都沒有湯。草屯鬧區也是一樣有燒烤跟握壽司連清酒正統的和食店，雖不是居酒屋，但其實東西是差不多的，有附湯的吃下來還比較便宜。還有，個人不喜歡握壽司裡面先塗好醬油，喜歡原味，這作法對吃清淡的人來說太鹹。

糖心蛋我傻眼：這是我在家煮的七分熟水煮蛋吧？端上來時還在冒煙喔（難不成 老闆放乾冰增加效果？）
蘋果煮：這蘋果放很久了吧？中間靠近芯處明顯已開始變色發黑，有苦味
大約2.3年前來吃過，當時很滿意，這次再訪有失落感，應該不會再來了
?值得讚賞的是桌子用酒精消毒、結帳時錢會用酒精消毒後再給客人，對於防疫滿滿用心
以價格與美味程度、地點+防疫，真的就只能給三顆星了⋯⋯

很喜歡店內風格❤️
生魚片好吃 山葵也很新鮮
點了一杯水蜜桃酒，味道很好像飲料
有點炙燒牛壽司，牛肉紮實，牛肉汁配上醋飯相當好吃！
點了手卷但看起來有點像散壽司?
不過配上魚卵口感很棒
是三五朋友相聚的好地方
唯一小小缺點就是，走道有點窄

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most lovely staff, and the best Japanese style sushi & grill restaurant in Nantou maybe even in Taiwan especially for the price.
Having some Chinese language really helps but the staff will show you picture menus.
Great quality seafood always fresh and enjoyable apparently the boss studied in Japan. Love the authentic Japanese decor you really forget you're in Taiwan when you come here.
