★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are many companies in this office building complex, because it is reasonable rent-rate and location of near intersection of Formosa Highway. Each building is labelled with single character (A, B, ..,L) and with different window-color outside. If you would visit here, don't forget to ask, beside address, about the single-char label of the building and also the name of bank/shop/store at 1F of that building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent amount of restaurant and cafes to choose from. Not many open on Sunday. Facility has Starbucks and some others cafes that are worth your time and money. I liked Parma Cafe in particular. Security personnel are very friendly and washrooms are available in every building on the first level.
