★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事前線上預約開戶根本沒用到，不知道設計用意為何?銀行這麼大卻沒椅子要客戶站著填寫資料？人員臭臉就算了，連服務品質也是讓人讚歎。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很奇妙的銀行，9:20進來，銀行裡沒客人，全部行員都低頭算錢，等了5分鐘也沒有行員要叫號，那乾脆等準備好10點再開門啊！
It’s a wonderful bank. I came in at 9:20. There were no customers in the bank. All the clerks bowed their heads to calculate the money. After waiting for 5 minutes, no clerks asked for a number. Then just wait until 10 o’clock when you’re ready to open the door!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a foreigner and wants to open a bank account, don't bother doing it here. Very bad customer service. Couldn't even open a simple account without making me travel to different branches for multiple days without any good reason, and guess what? I still don't have a bank account. Because I am student, they told me to open my account at a different branch, I go to their recommended branch and the people are confused and told me it is okay to open an account at any branch but still wouldn't open it and requested me to go somewhere else. I don't know what is going on in that bank and to the employees, are you lazy or just discriminating? I skipped classes to get to the banks before it closed, they took so much time from me for an account I still don't have. Very disrespectful and very disapointed.
