但是遇到的行員態度非常不錯

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很少去銀行現場辦理帳戶問題。今天去。保全。服務主管。都很有禮貌。要處理的事情都用的很好。比照郵局領現金用丟的給你。還要跟他說謝謝好。

後來一位先生來換零錢竟然可以跳過我們這些抽號碼牌的人，直接插隊處理！而且是2個櫃台處理一個換零錢。
櫃台經我詢問，主管也上前(我沒有要找主管，她自己上前)，主管回覆：因為換錢櫃台出納去吃飯，所以我們一般櫃處理！
重點是，一般櫃處理就要抽牌排隊，不是嗎？
