再刪留言啊遠傳:)還敢亂刪啊 以前留言怎麼不見了?服務不好就改善啊 欸欸欸大家這家遠傳還可能會刪不好的留言喔! !建議各位如果想擁有美好的體驗價值與服務品 質,千萬不要到此間申辦續約或任何服務! 老實說 連一顆星都不該擁有:) 故事是這樣的.... 朋友於屏東中華門市續約搭配IPHONE13 當時服務人員有免費附贈玻璃貼及包膜 但IPHONE13使用一天出現異常 顯示「非原廠」故經過了五六天 才等到換取新機的消息 中間還有一些插曲⋯⋯不提了呵 後來到直營門市拿取時 卻告知需額外付費? 才能有包膜跟玻璃貼???? 手機有問題誰都不願意 但好奇如果非人為損失 為何不能一樣給予同樣的品項回饋呢? 重點是當時服務人員還不願意出來面對唷 騙我朋友說在休假.... 好好笑 做戲也不用先re稿 幽默至極 ㄞ只能說您遇到我朋友實在幸運,一般人早就大鬧了吧:) 竟然還沒有任何歉意?我們也從來沒責怪到您身上~也沒有獅子大開口~ 最後竟然用這種態度^_^ 這樣重視業績利益大於顧客關係的門市與員工,合理嗎? 祝您們繼續以這種方式經營 然後業績蒸蒸日上^—^ 啊但是只有這家遠傳喔沒有全部遠傳都罵,我續約的那家態度蠻好的:)勸大家慎選店家啦 這間真的是謝謝再聯絡
