打去問理賠員態度還很差，備妥文件還照會要補件補醫院章和醫師章???

申請退保費到現在已經超過一個月了，還不退款給我，打電話給客服說案件還在處理中，怎麼樣要退費的就不是客人就對了！！
真的不保這間是正確的選擇！原本還想說學校畢業開始工作之後可以買這間其他保險的，現在看處理效率這樣，根本不需要考慮了，就都要我一直催促就對了！
