張	張羽潔 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日到現場買鞋，回家的時候發現兩腳腳後跟整個網狀部分都有大面積染色(原本勾勾處應該是白色），詢問過店員才知道是瑕疵，本人在現場沒發現，但店員給我鞋時也沒有注意到有任何瑕疵很不細心，認為瑕疵的部分蠻明顯的，訊問後店家傳了另一雙也是小瑕疵的鞋說可以讓我換貨，不了解為什麼換貨還是瑕疵的(?)，只是最後被店家告知因我的防吊扣已經拆掉也無法退換，只能自認倒霉雖然店員很親切但還是很糟糕的消費經驗....
