買了兩次飾品，私訊小編也親切耐心回覆也蠻喜歡你們的風格 闆娘也很可愛，可是後來在一次包包直播時一直被 假裝沒看到問題，旁邊小幫手明明看到了卻被暗示我不會買？哈囉？直播當下無法看到所有的包，也不知道有什麼喜歡的或是符合預算的，多問幾句怎麼了？每次詢問也都會說請問，私訊也沒有不禮貌過吧？我可能不是你們的大咖也不是一直買的收藏家..可能才花十幾萬對你們來說根本耶不缺吧

Last September, I bought a vintage Chanel Duma backpack from this shop at a premium price. Because I don't live in Taiwan, I could not see the bag in person. Still, I was willing to pay the premium price because I was told the bag was entirely in original condition, which meant no touch ups or repainting, and I believed her. When the backpack arrived, I suspected that the straps of the backpack were retouched. I immediately messaged her, and she continued to insist that the leather was all in original condition. I should have immediately went to get the rest of the bag assessed, but believed her words and did not get a second opinion. Then recently, I had the chance to see another Duma backpack that was truly in original condition. That's when I realized my own had been entirely retouched. I was shocked and messaged her again. I was hoping for a partial refund because the price I paid reflected the price of an original condition bag. I overpaid. Honestly, I wouldn't have even purchased in the first place had I known any of it was retouched. Instead, I was accused of repainting the bag myself and that's why I was approaching her for a partial refund. I debated for a long time whether to write this review because I typically do not write negative reviews. But I decided to when I realized I was blocked by this shop on social media. If you ever consider purchasing a bag from this shop, I recommend you go in person to see the bag for yourself. I would not recommend buying the bag without seeing it for yourself.
