半年前和家人來過一次就超級喜歡,這次多揪了親戚朋友一起,覺得老闆的料理工夫又更厲害了!白帶魚熟成 8 天生魚片鮮甜細緻,想念的蒸蛋依然海味滿滿,鹹蛋黃配小黃瓜的絕配程度令人驚喜,熟成 21 天肩胛燒肉片太銷魂,回神想到要拍照時已經屍骨無存 ? 煮物的滋味也是讓人捨不得吃完卻又停不下來,尖梭奶油燒啊啊啊把尖梭的優點表現得淋漓盡致,楓糖烤雞翅點綴上桂花好香好好吃,最後紅白味噌平衡出來的味噌湯畫上完美句點~ 我們喜歡夜月讓食材本身的精髓得以凸顯、料理調味獨到又充滿變化,大家都吃得很滿足,老闆夫婦親切又輕快的節奏也讓我們度過自在又開心的一晚,真的非常感謝!
I came here with my family once half a year ago and liked it very much. This time I brought more relatives and friends together, and I think the boss's cooking skills are even better! The 8-day-aged white-haired fish fillets are fresh and delicate. The steamed eggs that I miss are still full of seafood. The perfect match of salted egg yolk and gherkins is amazing. Aged for 21 days, the roasted pork slices with shoulder blades are too ecstatic. No deposit ? The taste of the boiled food is also reluctant to finish it but can’t stop, Jiansuo butter roasted ah ah ah ah, the advantages of Jiansuo are vividly displayed, maple sugar roasted chicken wings decorated with sweet-scented osmanthus are very fragrant and delicious, and finally red and white miso The balanced miso soup draws a perfect ending~ We like that the essence of the ingredients itself can be highlighted by Yeyue, the seasoning of the dishes is unique and full of changes, everyone ate very satisfied, and the friendly and brisk rhythm of the boss and his wife also made us spend a comfortable and relaxing time. Upscale French cuisine with Japanese fusion. Served from a small homestyle restaurant along the coastline of Taiwan. Chewy is the chef — formerly a Taipei musician. Sophie is his wife and assists with preparation and service. The menu is set, so be sure to request and dietary issues well in advance. If you can get in to this 8-seater it’s well worth it. Happy the cat is cute.

This is an amazing journey in Taitung. Warm and inviting environment with perfect food plus 100% beautiful wine....You will want to take second run after the first run.

This place is a HIDDEN GEM! The location is superb (definition of “superb”: nicely tucked inside the rice terrace and overlooking the Pacific. However, might be tricky to get to after dark). More over, the food is phenomenal and creative. The ingredients are super fresh and mostly sourced from local farms and fishing villages. The owner couple are lovely people that simply want to share their creations with others. They’ll introduce the story behind every dish - how it is made and where the ingredients are sourced. Don’t expect an upscale Omakase place. Instead, it feels like having a laid-back dinner in a friend’s house, which is exactly what we wanted. I’d recommend getting a bed and breakfast in this village and walking over to 夜月 for dinner. After traveling around the world, this tiny village in Eastern Taiwan never fails to surprise me. Logistics: It’s reservation only. Please reserve at least one day in advance. By the time I visited, it was $1000 NTD per person (tips and tax incl.).

the setting is very nice and tranquil in a small hut in the middle of the rice fields above Changbin. The place is by reservation only, there is no menu - you eat what you get. There are only 3 table sitting a maximum of 8 guests. We ate a 10-course menu of small dishes, each one lovingly made and prepared by the chef in the small kitchen. The athmosphere is very relaxed, the chef and his fiance (who acts as server/cook) are very young and extremely friendly -an unforgettable experience.
