包裹是遠從美國寄來的，竟然第一天沒送到而已，竟然留下紙條寫著第二天會被退回。（台灣郵局的服務真的都比你們好幾百倍）
很貴，服務卻爛到極點的公司。
連寄東西要做的文件都比其他快遞公司麻煩又浪費紙。價格高之外，送件還慢。
拜託不用花錢在電視做廣告，花錢改善改善你們的服務水準吧！
Very bad express delivery. No one is at home when ringing the bell and can't even make a phone call (I have encountered it many times). What do I ask the sender to do to write the phone number? Black Cat Express will call immediately. Is the federal shipping cost so expensive even if it saves phone money?
The package was sent from far away in the United States, but it was not delivered on the first day, leaving a note stating that it would be returned the next day. (The service of the Taiwan Post Office is really hundreds of times better than yours)
Very expensive, but the service is terrible.
Even the documents needed to send things are more troublesome and waste paper than other express companies. In addition to the high price, delivery is slow.
Please don't spend money on advertising on TV, spend money to improve your service standards!
