★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我最近有重要文件須從美國寄送在2月底前送到台灣，我請朋友於2/22寄出，追蹤系統顯示2/25的18點前會送到，我當天等到晚上九點都沒收到。隔天早上追蹤顯示要3/2的18點才會送到，實在沒辦法等，只好致電客服，客服表示因我未留台灣手機，所以無法遞送？只好認了從桃園坐連假車到新店親取，當場比對2/25根本沒有去遞送，就直接留在那邊擺爛？再遇到連假再爛3天？一個國際快遞公司的SOP跟服務品質竟然是如此不堪？在此奉勸大家如果有重要文件請千萬要慎選快遞公司，謝謝。
Recently, I have important documents that need to be sent from the United States to Taiwan before the end of February. I asked a friend to send it on 2/22. The tracking system shows that it will be delivered before 18:00 on 2/25. arrive. The tracking showed that it would not be delivered until 3/2 at 18:00 the next morning. There was really no way to wait, so I had to call customer service. I had to admit that I took a fake car from Taoyuan to the new store to pick it up in person. I compared 2/25 on the spot and didn't deliver it at all, so I just left it there and left it rotten? Another 3 days of rotten vacations? The SOP and service quality of an international express company are so unbearable? I would like to advise you that if you have important documents, please choose the courier company carefully, thank you.
