沒想到事後還接到電話要更改文件
跟客服反應為何跟櫃檯人員說的不一樣
卻得到因為櫃檯人員不懂進出口的報關程序
可以麻煩教育訓練確實一點嗎？
每次都還要事後更改文件實在很麻煩?

Went in to ship a laptop internationally, which comes with a separate set of forms to fill out. Staff was very understanding and nice and explained how to fill out forms and what to write in each field. They were able to be patient without making me feel stupid. I would totally recommend them, 5/5 customer service
