★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used the University as a stopping point to get out of the hustle and bustle of the night market.
It is not open all night but is a nice open campus with a lovely outdoor area with plenty of seats to rest and just enjoy the surroundings while you are visiting the night market.
There is nothing to stop you wandering around exploring and the night market has all the fun you could need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had 6 months in here to study Chinese. Overall good, but the building old one. Recommended for who want to find Chinese language center in Taichung. Night market Fengchia only 50 meters. You can rent house near this university.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I studied in the Chinese Language Center at FCU and had a lovely experience. The teachers do a wonderful job of teaching Chinese in fun and interactive ways that keep students entertained. I feel like my Chinese improved a lot after attending here. This university is in an awesome district of Taichung and there are many fun things around the university. This school has a cool international crowd, with a lot of students from many other Asian countries. Awesome school!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found so diverse fod street with affordable prices.. maybe if the visitors come earlier, 5-6 pm..the road is not too crowded, and we can enjoy all the menu easier...but, the vibe starts at night...i love it

The field is a bit unkempt, but it's a great venue overall as it offers a beautiful setting, bathrooms and other facilities like basketball courts, scooter parking and vending machines... Taichung needs more football venues and this place is appreciated...
