★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Home very warm and family in a hotel with old-fashioned charm (70s decoration). Each room at its baths. The whole is very clean and relaxing. Car escort service to the nearest metro station. Only negative point no bathrobe available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cosy hotel serves on top of a hill. Service was warm and friendly. Everyone really tried hard to welcome guests. However, although clean, furnishing is worn and maintainence could be better. There are rust spots, rubber pipes exposed, no shower area marked out, lady sits in the dining area to peel veggies. I definitely have had better hotel experiences for the price I am paying. Would I come back? No.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was large and spacious. Bed was comfy. The tatamis gave a nice charm to the room. The bathroom was not that great, the bath was not very good to just take a shower. Staff was nice. Their was no elevator but you can ask for help at front desk. Breakfast was ok. The place is close to hot springs and had parking space in front.

The hot spring pool is great both in the room and public ones♨️♨️♨️
Breakfast is good. Shuttle service is very convenient, big plus. Just one little disadvantage is that there is no laundry service. But the shuttle service can drop you at self-Laundry service and pick you up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this place. Its one of those older buildings that they remodel to keep up with the times, so from the outside it looks kinda new, but inside, towards the back you can see and feel the older architecture that once made this place great. It may not give you the best views but it is very close to the thermal valley and other attractions. Also loved the fact that the bathtub in the bathroom is connected to the hot springs water so you can have your own hot bath inside the comfort of your own room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a bad place but it’s kind of expensive. We spent $2100 for 2 hrs stay. Inside the room, there is a bathroom, a bed, a TV, a refrigerator and a outdoor hot spring pool. There is also a condom on the bed. It’s weird that the water in the bathroom is also hot spring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Japnese room is spacious and comfortable. The tatamis give a nice vibe for stay. And the hot spring is just in your room, which is convenient. You could feel free to enjoy the hot spring. It only takes 15 mins from MRT and night market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just stayed for one night, but my experience was fine overall. I stayed in a basic room which was small. The decoration/furniture was quite dated but the room was clean. The hot spring is just big enough to fit one person but it was relaxing and helped me to have a good night's sleep. Also, staff were very nice and I felt the service was good. If I stay again I would probably choose a bigger room on a higher floor not so close to the noisy road.
