Not worth stopping unless you really need to get out and stretch your legs. The “walk” takes about 3 minutes and there are some sad little shops in a converted tunnel. Cheers to the tourism department for creating this idea, but not that great.

totally not worth spending time and money to visit this attraction. this costs NT40 per person, the price is acceptable. however, you will finish the so called trail in less than 5 min.

Don’t ever spend money to get on the skywalk!!! The glass is already old and blurred you can’t really see anything. And the walk distance will only took you prob only 1 minute ? You can just enjoy the view without getting into the skywalk.

Here is d new sky bridge trail, enter d glass walkway need a entrance fee NT$50/pax, if you wish to get here by public transport u may take d bus no.1145 from Hualien city, transportation time will takes abt more than an hour. If feel too troublesome then may b no need to get here bcoz really not much to see, d glass trail upon pacific ocean build along d side of d cliff just abt 20m, builds on d old sea trail by d time of aborigines used. May b car or motorcycle are more good to get here, then may get a brief stop if u r travelling along d coast road to Hualien or Taitung.

This is an exciting addition to Hualien and a double-thrill attraction. The “sky trail” is 150m cliff-clinging skywalk that hands you right out over the ocean, breakers and shore fishermen at your feet. A 20, section is transparent. The trail follows a narrow old path hacked from the cliff face, which connected local villages during the Japanese period. The second thrill is that your access walk is along a retired cliff-edge section of Highway 11. Your skywalk return is through an old highway tunnel, today filled with gift and snack stands.

Tourist attraction. Can come if you dont mind the hour long drive from hualien town center. The view is indeed great, but otherwise not much to do here, and there is pretty much nothing to do in this area too. 40ntd each person to enter the park and 50ntd per car to enter the carpark.

The view is very beautiful. It’s a short walk at the cliff. If you’ll walk straight without stopping, it takes around 4 minutes. But you have to enjoy the view! You don’t need to rush walking. It’s a one-way walk but you can stop to take photos. You won’t see this kind of view in any other places along the coast. Well, you can just judge by my photos. ⬇️

I certainly 200% recommend to visit this fascinating place and walk part of old indigenous trail just on the ocean (some part of this path is made of glass so you see the ocean and waves crushing over the rocks right under you that give us extra kick and vigor). Views are fantastic. And there's some part of tunnel made like souvenir shop and history some kind of museum where gonna learn a lot about local tribes and how they got here to Taiwan. Just for your reference: there are 16 aborigines tribes recognized by Taiwan Goverment officially. They arrived here much more earlier than anyone else maybe 7000 years more. So now there are half million of them left. That makes them unique and their knowledge very valuable.
