FIERY COFFEE 火熱咖啡 北投店

果菜汁很新鮮，搭配的很好喝，鹹派還附有水果沙拉花椰菜，吃的很有飽足感，也很好吃，只是對我來說沙拉醬稍稍酸了點。

距離漂亮的北投捷運站只有三分鐘的步行路程，兩層樓邊間的咖啡館，採光很棒，雖然不大，但是內部空間非常舒適。今天嘗試了黑糖起司蛋糕，是漂亮可愛的老闆姑娘自己做的。很棒的地方，值得再訪。

舒服的兩層樓咖啡店，二樓位置滿多，還有一桌比較大，可以圍繞著聊天，裝飾很有趣跟特色，咖啡順口，因為點了早午餐沒有享用到甜點，早午餐有雞胸肉選項很棒，朋友點的鹹派之類，覺得可以再清淡些，但餐點很多樣化，有機會一定再訪試試其他商品。

Coffee is delicious

This narrow two-story coffee shop is a lovely place to camp out for a rainy afternoon. Both their house-roasted small batch coffees and teas can be purchased to brew at home. The owner makes a daily selection of sweets, from basque cheesecakes to chocolate tarts.

I walked by one day and noticed this new coffee shop and decided to try out their latte. I normally go to another place is across the street but the coffee at Fiery is hands-down the best option in the neighborhood. The espresso drinks are expertly crafted by the owner who is surprisingly only 25 years old! She also bakes the pastries offered at the shop. Normally at an average coffee shop I have to ask for my espresso drink to be made "not too hot". What most people don’t understand is that when your milk is scalded it turns bitter. I knew I found my spot when I placed my order and the owner said, “oh I never heat up the coffee too much because it ruins the flavor”. This coffee shop also offers and iced drip coffee. Most places use hot water to extract the beans. And iced water drip coffee creates a drink that is less better, with less caffeine, and easier on the stomach. This place is a must try for people serious about coffee. I also attended the latte art class and it was so much fun! It's much harder than it looks!
