難道你們品牌都沒有稽核人員來管控一下這種劣質的服務態度嗎？還是你們口袋很深可以一直搬家？

After reading the comments, I realized that my discomfort is really not an illusion. I can sympathize with the hard work of the service industry, but the service attitude of this store is really bad. If you move the store, the personnel education will still be this level? Even moving to Mars!
Don't your brands have auditors to control this poor service attitude? Or do you have deep pockets to move all the time?
