Not suitable for passport photo, unprofessional and poor service. I have never left a heartfelt review, but the male clerk in the afternoon of 4/15 was really bad, unprofessional and did not understand photos, and had to find some unreasonable excuses to justify. I took a 2-inch big head photo and a 2-inch half-length photo each, but the size did not meet the standard requirements. I went back to the store to communicate the matter. The clerk didn’t know the specifications at all, so I had to check it online~ After that, the clerk took a ruler and said that it was a 2-inch head photo. The size is 3.5x4.5 cm so no problem, but the key point is that the face needs to take up 70-80% of the photo area, and the length from the top of the head to the chin needs to be between 3.2-3.6 cm (hence the name photo!) The photo I got The body is not cut, the face is too small and the length is barely 3 cm. The clerk explained to me: they are not photo studios, they do not crop or adjust the photos they get, and Cunchun is only responsible for washing... Dumbfounded! As for the 2-inch half-length photo, the size did not reach 4.2x4.7 cm. The clerk said that the money could be refunded, but I did not take it. The focus is not on the money, but on the quality of service. I really won't choose to come here in the future

I really like to come here to browse the negatives, the boss is also very good ✨ The negatives will be sent to the electronic file for us to see first, and then we will choose whether to print them out. At least ten sheets should be printed. I think this is great, you can filter out the ones you don’t like or shoot badly, but there are also electronic files that you can keep as a souvenir Definitely a good choice for washing negatives!
