教練真的很會教,而且很用心 找教練找對人,真的會少走一點冤枉路~ 當初因為同事的介紹來到這邊,自己不是第一次上教練課,真的沒有比較沒有傷害?體驗課就把自己一直以為很ok的動作調整了一輪! 教練很擅長讓學生理解每個動作的重點,掌握細節感受發力,曾經被說過對身體掌控度低的我現在也能好好的訓練,也沒有再受過傷了 在這邊上課不只是把動作好好的教給你而已,還有一種增肌減脂這條路有人陪你走、帶著你走的感覺~ 好教練難找,推薦給想找教練的大家 下一步是把媽媽也帶來這裡運動^.<

自從開始在重力動體能上課後,從原本去健身房只會努力做有氧,到現在會去重訓區做自主訓練??,請大家鼻要小看身形小隻的歐娜教練❤️,就誤認為是櫃檯小姐姐喔?,工作室的兩位教練(Jay和歐娜)都很專業✨,來上課前,會先評估學員的身體,並針對學員的需求,客製化訓練菜單,不只有動作教學,也會教妳如何靈活飲食,將運動與飲食概念無形融入生活?,工作室空間雖然不大,但應有的器材都有,做健力三項深蹲、臥推、硬舉也沒問題,推薦給想學重訓又不知道從哪個管道開始的新手們??????

之前都是跟著朋友一起或自己練,大部分都是使用固定式器材,自由式的也是看影片學,只會做深蹲和臥推。練了一年半後,效果不是很好。訓練的時候,重量提升不上去,身體感受度也不是很好,常常感受不到背部的肌群。訓練完之後,身體會有痠痛的問題,尤其是深蹲,在蹲的過程身體很卡,無法達到全蹲,蹲完就會覺得膝蓋痠、背部緊繃,導致ㄧ周只能練一天的腿部,不然就會不舒服。 去年因為疫情的關係,多了很多時間,就想說認真去找教練上課。去了幾家健身房上課之後,雖然身體感受度有增加,但是在教學上大多都是幾項固定式的器材在輪著做,覺得學到的東西有點少,而且身體痠痛的問題並沒有解決。後來經過朋友介紹來到了Find Force,我把我身體感受度差和痠痛的問題告訴教練。 在一開始的兩堂教練課,教練觀察到我有足背屈不足的問題(青蛙肢),跟我完整說明深蹲肌肉運作的原理,通過小腿肌放鬆、使用輔助器材,我深蹲不會再卡了,變的非常滑順,也可以達到全蹲。在階段性的調整過後,我膝蓋跟背部的痠痛問題都解決了,深蹲最大重量也很快從40Kg提升到自身體重(75Kg)。 教練除了調整我原本就會深蹲的之外,也教了很多我以前沒操作的新動作。通過階段性的教學,新學的硬舉,重量也很快的上升到了60Kg。現在我終於感受的到全身的肌肉,到底哪裡在發力了,也能有效的放鬆肌群,每週的訓練可以拉到一週4天。 Find Force的教練們真的非常專業,能夠很快的找出問題點,然後不怕你學的一直教(多到有些動作,我會不小心忘記了怎麼做?)讓我脫離菜雞苦海 大推?? 五星吹爆?

Last year, because of the epidemic, I had a lot of time, so I wanted to talk about going to the coach seriously. After going to a few gyms for classes, although my body feeling has increased, most of the teaching is done with a few fixed equipment in turn. I feel that I have learned a little bit, and the problem of body aches has not been solved. Later, I came to Find Force after being introduced by a friend. I told the coach about my poor body feeling and soreness. In the first two coaching sessions, the coach observed that I had insufficient dorsiflexion of the foot (frog limbs), and explained to me the principle of the squat muscles. By relaxing the calf muscles and using auxiliary equipment, I can’t squat. If it gets stuck again, it becomes very smooth, and it can reach full squats. After the periodical adjustments, my knee and back pain problems were resolved, and the maximum squat weight quickly increased from 40Kg to my own weight (75Kg). In addition to adjusting the squat I would have done before, the coach also taught a lot of new movements that I hadn't done before. Through staged teaching and hard lifting of new learners, the weight quickly rose to 60Kg. Now I can finally feel the muscles in my whole body, where they are exerting strength, and can effectively relax the muscles. The weekly training can be pulled up to 4 days a week. 教練的部分 帶我的歐娜教練非常的專業認真,針對每個學員的需求跟狀態適時的提供建議,每天追蹤學員的飲食跟體重並紀錄下來,非常直觀的讓我們看到前後的差距,以及正確的運動觀念,從一開始的純粹想減肥,到現在比較像是為了能吃更多(?)而運動的我,很開心找到同為吃貨的教練~沒有被限制飲食反倒一直互相推坑? 工作室的部分 不論有無疫情都是全預約制,器材的耗損自然就比連鎖/開放自主訓練的健身房慢,不用人擠人的搶器材,器材的保養跟消毒都非常確實,看起來器材不多但是是教練們訂做的神奇道具,麻雀雖小五臟俱全什麼都練得到。 店長的部分~~~(這無關專業? 是兩位教練撿回來收養的浪喵…異常的帥氣黏人愛撒嬌

我剛開始接觸重訓的目地就是為了減肥,我想應該很多人的目的跟我一樣,我覺得我超級幸運第一次接觸重訓就可以遇到歐娜教練跟jay教練。 要讓我喜歡上不擅長領域的運動而且要持續是個蠻難的事。但就是因為教練的教學方式、運動上知識跟飲食新觀念讓我喜歡而且間接影響我轉戰健力這項運動。 我現在運動已經不是運動而是另一項挑戰自己的階段? 從教練身上不只學習到運動上專業知識,更多是心態的轉換,了解自己的身體。 身心靈的健康都幫我顧及到了?? 真的非常推推推推推推薦?????

But it is because of the coach's teaching methods, sports knowledge and new dietary concepts that I like and indirectly affect my switch to the sport of Jianli.
