★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was incredible! I was so impressed the chef was able to do all of this over coal. Every dish was packed full of taste, from the corn at the start to the pavlova styled dessert at the end was wonderful. The duck was some of the best food I’d had in a year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chef Nick definitely makes amazing food. His grilling skill and sauce pairing impressed me. I enjoyed every dish he brought to the table that night. One of my favorite dishes is Shrimp Paella .I like the rice texture ,rich seafood flavor and tomato sauce make this dish stunning . Main dish I had was Grilled Chicken . Golden crispy chicken skin and the tender meat , it’s just perfect.
