★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這家的銀行櫃員真的很不像銀行櫃員（態度、效率、處理的方式）。沒有兇但是莫名不耐煩⋯⋯？客人抽號碼牌等待也覺得很煩好不好，如果客人自己不耐煩而對櫃員發脾氣，請問你們又作何感想？希望第一銀行能加強員工訓練，否則會成為客人使用別的銀行的因素。

Efficiency is extremely poor. It takes 2 hours for 3 counters to process 5 customers. It's incomprehensible and terrible. I hope there is at least one counter for online banking transactions.
