★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 請假去辦個網銀，回家試好幾次e指通都不能用，打給客服才知道要等隔天，結果現在過一週了，e指通就說按太多次，請臨櫃辦理，再打給客服他說每月有按的次數，我問下次什麼時候可以用，卻說一年5次⋯⋯
1.櫃檯沒說明天才能使用
2.客服沒說不能按超過五次
3.客服說每月限制，變成每年
結論是，因為我沒問，所以他們沒說是正常的⋯
