★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 行員親切專業，非常值得信賴。希望每間分行都有這樣的品質。可惜銀行的開戶規定對顧客來說不是那麼便利。（相信這是他們的專業考量，但真的不方便。）
 The staff are cordial and professional and very trustworthy. I hope that every branch has this quality. Unfortunately, bank account opening rules are not so convenient for customers. (I believe this is their professional consideration, but it is really inconvenient.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 效率極低，每次來都要等候非常久！ATM竟然不能用現金存款在自己的帳戶裡，一定要拿號加證件去櫃檯申請填單... 人員態度又差，要不是住附近真的很不想再來此行。
The efficiency is extremely low, and you have to wait very long for each visit! ATM can't use cash to deposit in its own account. Be sure to take a number and a certificate to go to the counter to fill in the form ... The staff attitude is bad, if you live nearby, you really don't want to come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次來開戶，導引的女行員與承辦的賴先生服務態度都很好，沒排到什麼隊。大廳窗口很多也裝潢明亮乾淨。
The first time I came to open an account, the guiding female walker and Mr. Lai, the contractor, had a good service attitude and did not line up. Many of the lobby windows are also bright and clean.

科技也很先進讓我省去很多臨櫃填單子的時間！
在旁邊還看到有位專員在為輪椅人士抽號碼牌、引導路線、幫他解決問題，服務品質高，辦事效率佳！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老鳥壓菜鳥官僚體制很重的銀行，有關係就是沒關係，沒關係就是有關係，有看到有人在沒有開始換鈔前就被行員「關心」提前換鈔，我們就是沒關係的。我在開放換鈔前3天拜訪，明明看到有人拿了新鈔走，卻告訴我週三才開始，那給我都是髒髒舊舊的鈔卷，被我一直退貨後資深的就罵資遣的「為什麼要幫你換新鈔？」完全不給客戶面子！
我不知道妳叫什麼，但我拍了妳欺負人的照片，監督我們的銀行，改善公股行庫的體質，該淘汰的請淘汰，佔著位置壓菜鳥，難怪臺灣的年輕人對這些老人都不尊重！
A bank with a heavy bureaucracy is an old bird and a rookie. It doesn’t matter if it’s related, and it’s related if it doesn’t matter. If we see that someone is “concerned” by the staff to change the banknotes in advance before they start to change the banknotes, we just don’t care. I visited 3 days before the opening of the banknote exchange, and obviously saw someone took the new banknotes away, but told me that it would only start on Wednesday, and it gave me dirty and old banknotes. "Why do you want to help you exchange new banknotes?"
I don't know what your name is, but I took pictures of you bullying people, supervising our bank, improving the physique of the public stock bank, please eliminate those who should be eliminated, occupying the position to suppress the rookie, no wonder young people in Taiwan treat these old people so much Disrespect!
